Matthew Easton

An accomplished commercial leader with a career spanning over two decades, Matthew has lived and worked across Europe, the Middle East, and North America. His extensive experience spans the Professional Services, Aviation, and Construction sectors.

Passionate about enabling high performance at every level, Matthew excels in supporting individuals, teams, and organizations to achieve their full potential. Matthew is particularly passionate about implementing cultural change and inspiring action.

Gwen Burridge

Gwen brings 36 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 11 years in a high-pressure, competitive environment where resilience, effective communication, and courage were key to their success. Gwen now helps individuals, managers, and teams navigate workplace challenges by improving communication skills, enhancing work styles, and fostering effective leadership. Gwen’s pragmatic and conversational training approach makes complex concepts accessible and actionable.

As an Insights Licensed Practitioner, Clifton Strengths Coach (Gallup), and Career Coach (ICF), Gwen specializes in identifying tailored, results-driven solutions to business and career challenges. Combining 15 years of expertise in Learning & Development with tools like Insights Discovery, they deliver impactful training both remotely and in-person. Gwen’s focus on practical strategies ensures measurable outcomes that align with organizational goals and individual growth.

Dirk Pretorius

Dirk brings a wealth of multi-cultural experience gained from working across Southern Africa and the UK. The first 17 years of Dirk’s career were spent at Unilever Southern Africa, where they held various leadership roles in market research, HR, union negotiations, and talent management. As Head of Management Development and Graduate Recruitment for Sub-Saharan Africa, Dirk played a pivotal role in shaping leadership pipelines and fostering organizational growth.

Since relocating to the UK in 1999, Dirk has further refined his expertise, as a Senior Training Consultant and by specializing in people development consulting, management training, and executive coaching. Fully accredited by the European Coaching and Mentoring Council (EMCC), Dirk earned a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) in London.

Andrew Kitton

Andrew is a highly experienced Training and Development Consultant with a background in Financial Services and over 30 years in Learning and Development. He specializes in soft skills and behavioral training, designing and delivering programmes in Leadership, Management, Personal Development, and Collaboration. Andrew has worked globally with top organizations, including Credit Suisse, HSBC, and the Bank of England, engaging professionals at all levels.

Holding a BSc Hons in Accounting and Business Economics, Andrew is professionally qualified as a trainer (CIPD) and certified in various psychometric tools, such as Myers-Briggs and Hogan Personality Inventory. His dynamic approach and expertise ensure tailored, impactful training that drives growth and development.
